Refund & Cancellations Policy

At Donsangel, we strive to provide the highest quality digital content and user experience. Because our products are digital goods delivered via immediate access to a member area, we generally operate under a strict no-refund policy.
1. No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a subscription is purchased and the member area is accessed, the “product” is considered consumed. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations or refunds for “change of mind.”
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium content until the end of your current paid billing period.
Following the end of your billing period, your access will be revoked, and no further charges will be applied.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we value our customers. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit under the following specific circumstances:
Duplicate Billing: If a technical error resulted in you being charged twice for the same billing period.
Technical Non-Delivery: If you have paid for a subscription but are unable to access the content due to a verified technical fault on our server-side that we cannot resolve within 72 hours.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage all members to contact our support team directly at support@donsangel.com to resolve any billing issues.
Please Note: Attempting to dispute a legitimate charge through your bank (a “chargeback”) without contacting us first may result in the permanent blacklisting of your IP address, email, and credit card from our platform and our payment partner networks.
5. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@donsangel.com with your username and account details.
