2. Membership and Billing

• Subscription Tier: We offer an Annual plan ($240.99).

• Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

• Billing Entity: Charges on your statement will appear as Organic Health*.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided on this platform is the exclusive property of Donsangel. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal viewing only. You may not download, record, redistribute, or “leak” any content. Violation of this term will result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to use the site for any illegal purposes. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who attempts to circumvent our security, harasses other members, or attempts fraudulent chargebacks.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Donsangel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
