Complaints & Content Removal Policy

Dons Angel operates a closed, in-house platform. All content is manually reviewed prior to publication to ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws and payment scheme regulations.

Content Removal Requests We permit the reporting of any content that may be illegal, lacks proper consent, or otherwise violates our standards. If you wish to report a piece of content, please submit a request via email: support@donsangel.com.

Review Process & Outcomes We acknowledge that all reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. Upon receiving a complaint, our corporate directors will investigate the claim and verify the consent records associated with the content. Following the review, the content will either be permanently removed from our servers or determined to be compliant based on our findings.

Appeals Policy If you are depicted in any content on this site and wish to appeal its publication, you may submit a removal request as outlined above. If our investigation determines that consent was not given or is void under applicable law, the content will be permanently deleted.

If there is a disagreement regarding an appeal decision or the outcome of our investigation, we agree to allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral third-party body.

Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

Dons Angel maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against human trafficking, child exploitation, and non-consensual content. We operate a 100% closed, in-house production environment and do not allow third-party or user-generated uploads.

To ensure the safety and consent of all individuals depicted on our platform, every performer undergoes mandatory, in-person identity and age verification prior to production. We require valid government-issued identification to prove all models are over the age of 18, and all performers must sign formal consent agreements in strict adherence to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 regulations.

Any suspected instances of human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion will be immediately reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
